Before the sex doll is shipped, check its photo. You can ask to adjust makeup, hairstyle, body details, etc. to match your wishes.
Order Processing and Cancellation
- Order Processing: Once we receive your order, the processing will begin within 24 hours. Once the production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
Cancellation Policy
- Within 4 Hours of Order: 90% refund.
- Within 12 Hours of Order: 80% refund.
- After 12 Hours: No cancellation or refund available.
Custom Orders
- Orders with custom options added are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production begins. Shipping Information
- Ensure that the shipping details you provide are accurate. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, a 20% handling fee will be deducted, and the original payment will not be refunded.
Quality Check
- All dolls will go through a comprehensive quality inspection before leaving our factory. We will provide you with photos for your confirmation.
Returns
- If your doll arrives with defects not visible in the pre – shipment photos you approved and the doll remains unused, you are eligible to return it. To initiate a valid return, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the doll. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Damage Policy
- Improper Handling: In the event that dolls are damaged as a result of improper handling or usage, we are unable to provide replacements.
- Transportation – Related Damage: Although our dolls are crafted with meticulous care and high – quality standards, during the transportation process, minor imperfections like small cuts, slightly disheveled wigs, faintly smudged makeup, or minor eyelash issues might arise. Such minor issues do not constitute valid reasons for a return or refund. However, we place your satisfaction at the forefront. Should you encounter any problems with your doll, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to address your concerns and find a suitable solution.
